• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Computer Support Technician, preferably in a large public agency-type environment.
• Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to use diplomacy and tact when dealing with executive staff and co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION

Experience teaching Microsoft Office Suite 2007 in a formal classroom setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Migrate workstations from Windows 2000/Office 2002 to Windows Vista/Office 2007 ProPlus.
• Upgrade PC hardware to support Windows Vista.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Assist staff in using Windows Vista and Office ProPlus 2007.
