Responsibilities: Seeking an individual who is willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment covering multiple programs within the assembly tooling organization. The Candidate must provide and project an atmosphere focused on team building and collaboration across multiple individuals and across multiple shifts. The candidate will support assembly tooling operations across multiple sites & shifts in the areas of business & customer operations and related processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for weekly updates of databases, developing/creating and presenting visibility presentations that provide the team with project updates, issues, risks and workflow forecasts. The candidate will have daily interaction with internal and external customers with respect to product scheduling, problem resolution, and process improvement. The candidate may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Hours: 4/10 workweek Candidate may be required to work & support any shift as well as overtime as necessary.
Requirements: US Citizen with the ability to obtain & maintain clearance. Clearance not required to start but the candidate must be clearable. Clearance can be requested at any given time. Bachelor’s degree with some experience. Proficient with all Microsoft platforms including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. The school must be accredited.
